Return & Refund Policy

  1. Due to the nature of vintage items, orders are not eligible for return or refund and all our sales are final.
  2. Meire Vintage is not responsible for any lost or undelivered parcels. Shipping insurance is included in all the shipping costs, and therefore, any problems arising in the shipment can be claimed to the courier company. We could help with providing the data needed.
  3. Meire Vintage is not responsible for any damage that ensues from incorrect personal use or care of the items. To prolong your product's life, please check our Wear & Care page.
  4. If an order is returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, or if the parcel is left unclaimed, the customer will be charged again for the delivery.
  5. Vintage and pre-loved items might show signs of wear or small imperfections. If you have a question about an item or require more information, please contact us on Instagram DM @meire.vintage.

 

Authentication 

In the rare case that an item is found to be inauthentic, you will receive a full refund upon providing an inauthenticity certificate from a reputable or verified authenticator within 3 working days after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, you must take a full unboxing video and your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

To start a return, you can contact us at our Instagram: meire.vintage. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following City: Jakarta Utara, Indonesia.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
